The A70 is Orbitsound's flagship airSOUND Bar. Packed into its compact, engineered wood casing is some incredible audio tech including three drivers and Bluetooth aptX. Complete with a wireless custom designed subwoofer and mounting kit (included) , the soundbar offers flexible placement around the home so you'll be able to totally surround your senses. Ultra-high definition sound From a single discreet soundbar and wireless subwoofer, the A70 generates a breathtaking soundscape for movies and music. The ultra high definition centre drivers have two, all new loudspeaker drivers and a high definition tweeter which together deliver a detailed, deep audio quality. With its class leading audio capability and airSOUND, dialogue is crystal clear which can be easily understood at any volume level across all types of media. The patented airSOUND technology lets you hear true high quality sound which is rich in space and width from anywhere in the room. The A70's airSOUND layer is created by two side firing speakers (one on each side) and a special signal processor. This enables you to experience width and spatial detail from everywhere in the room. Wireless subwoofer The wireless connectivity of the S3 passive subwoofer not only allows for a number of convenient placement options, but it also delivers an extremely low latency for in-time sound. Smooth bass is provided by the Mass loaded 6.25 loudspeaker. And the sub-bass leverages the entire audio of movies, games and TV. The amount of bass can be adjusted via the Bass control on the soundbar and is clearly displayed too. In situations where a less-powerful sub-bass response if required, the subwoofer's volume curve allows for a reduced impact of -20dB. Touch to play Boasting an NFC touch point on the front panel, you can approach the A70 with your compatible phone or tablet and the soundbar will get ready to stream audio, instantly. Enjoy audio streamed from your most favourite apps including Spotify, iPlayer and YouTube. And the quality will be second-to-none too. Bluetooth aptX sends the audio between the devices once an NFC connection has been established. Often restricted by bandwidth, Bluetooth was not always suitable for delivering high quality audio. Bluetooth aptX has revolutionised this by significantly reducing the bit rate without affecting audio quality or introducing latency issues. This achieves a CD-like audio quality, wherever and whenever you choose. All on display Visible for all soundbar features, the display clearly shows you what input is being used, as well as a host of other useful details including volume levels and the Bluetooth status. What's so great about this is that the display is only visible when it is lit up so it won't distract you from the on-screen entertainment.
