Thomas Dakin Gin is named after one of the 18th-century pioneers of distillation. Made with 11 botanicals including coriander, angelica, sweet orange peel, liquorice and horseradish, this works well in a simple G & T, a Red Snapper or Gibson Martini. Tasting notes: The sweet orange and citrus notes, found on the palate, contrast nicely with the smooth and savoury finish created by the cubebs and red cole - a type of horseradish.
