Fujian Province, which lies in South East China is one of the nations principle tea-producing areas. Double Dragon Green Tea is a high quality pure green tea in tea bag form which has been prepared with the minimum processing. Whilst the more familiar black tea is picked and left dry, then cut to release juices and enzymes and allowed to ferment so that the juices oxidise, green tea is merely allowed to wither after picking and then rolled so that beneficial juices and enzymes remain intact.
