The Global NI knives have a thicker 2.4mm blade, with a razor sharp finish, sleek design and are lightweight and perfectly balanced. The knives have a longer textured handle, designed for comfort and ease of use. The paring knife is a small all purpose knife with a sharp point, ideal for intricate jobs: peeling, de-seeding and slicing.
