Château Cantemerle 2005, Haut-Médoc, 5ème Cru Classé
A regular favourite among Majestic's en primeur customers, Cantemerle is very successful in 2005. Cantemerle often produces noticeably savoury, meaty wines and this is no exception, with an appetising nose of ripe fruit, leather and subtle oak, good texture on the palate and a long but restrained finish.
