This frying pan from the John Lewis Croft Collection is not only an attractive addition to any kitchen, it is also an essential for a variety of home-cooked meals. Carefully designed, it features a tri-ply construction with an outer layer of solid copper, an inner layer of stainless steel for durability and an aluminium core extending from the base of the pan to the rim resulting in even heat distribution throughout and no hot spots. Stainless steel riveting ensures the handle is firmly attached and yet stays cool. Copper provides incredible conductivity to spread heat evenly and it also has an antibacterial effect. The frying pan is suitable for all hobs including induction. Please note: over time copper may darken due to the natural oxidisation process. Use a copper cleaner to polish the outside of the pan to remove tarnish and blemishes and keep its striking hue and lustre. Croft Collection is beautiful and considered.
