In the mouth it is crisp and zesty, with notes of pink grapefruit, orange blossom and crunchy red apple layered through to the finish., About this bottle:The Bianchi estate was founded in 1928 by Italian-born immigrant Valentin Bianchi in San Rafael, an area about 240 kilometres south of Mendoza city. San Rafael is cooler than Mendoza’s major vineyard areas of Luján de Cuyo and Agrelo due to its more southerly aspect, giving the estate the opportunity to ripen their grapes slowly through the growing season, helping to produce wonderfully crisp and aromatic white wines.
