The thick, foamy shampoo also neutralises unpleasant odours, leaving your carpet and upholstery smelling clean & fresh. How to use Vanish carpet shampoo: vacuums your carpet. Mix 1 part Vanish with 9 parts cool water (max temperature 40˚) and whisk the solution into a foam. Apply the foam evenly using a clean colourfast brush or sponge. Do not make the carpet overly wet. Allow to dry and simply vacuums away. For isolated stains: Using the cap pour vanish onto the stain. Leave for 5 minutes and then just gently rub away with a clean, damp, colourfast cloth.
