Please note: Price shown is for a blind measuring 60 x 160cm This blind can be custom made to fit your window. Orders can be placed over the phone or in one of our shops. Call 0345 610 0357 to order this blind, with your window measurements to hand. Your blind will be made with a standard hem finish and a left hand side chain control. You can also choose to have your blind blackout lined. To measure up for blinds: Use a metal tape measure and make a note of your measurements to the nearest millimetre. For a blind inside a window recess: Make sure the recess your blind is going into is not obstructed in any way, so that the blind can hang freely when extended The recess should be at least 75mm (3 inches) deep, otherwise it won't accommodate the operating mechanism. Measure the total width from A to B and length from C to D (see image 5 above). As shown, do this in several places to allow for any slight variation or irregularity in your windows, then make a note of the narrowest measurement. Measure the installation height. This will be the distance from where you want to headrail to sit, to the floor. For a blind outside a window recess: Decide how far you want the blind to overlap at each side - we recommend at least 45mm (1 ¾ inches). For roller blinds, add a further 38mm (1 ½ inches) for the winding mechanism. Measure the width from E to F (see image 5), and the length from G to H. As shown, do this in several places to allow for any slight variation or irregularity in your windows, then make a note of the narrowest measurement. Measure the installation height. This will be from the bottom of where you want to headrail to sit, to the floor. Size restrictions Minimum and maximum widths apply to custom-made items. We'll advise you on these when taking your order.
