The SIM693DW induction hob from Smeg comes in white ceramic glass and features 6 independent induction zones all with slider touch control. Each zone has individual timers and 9 power levels, all with power boost setting to get you cooking fast. The visual display shows the power level and residual heat, as well as the countdown cooking time with end-of-cooking alarm. The 9 power levels enable accurate cooking control and include dedicated simmering, keep warm, melting and low temperature functions. There is also a pause setting in case you need to step away from the hob urgently. Ingenious MultiZone technology means each zone can be expanded to form bigger zones so you can use all sizes of pots and pans. Automatic pan detection means only the area of the pan or pot is heated for greater energy efficiency.
